4.5 - one-hour running time does not allow substantive narrative arc or characterisation, but the visual style and development are incredibly quirky, trippy and enjoyable. How the film depicted "procreation" is quite offbeat (and surrealist) but metaphysical, which I liked. And, French people do be obsessed with "la révolution" though xDDD
